Q. Do you provide SMTP credentials?
A. Yes. We will provide a reliable pre-warmed SMTP server with a unique login access credential for you; a properly planned solution to suit your business needs including marketing emails, transactional emails, outreach emails and/or outbound marketing. And you will be given a dashboard access to login.
Q. Do I need to provide a hosting server?
A. Absolutely NOT. Those days are long gone! No more hassles and waste of money on a third-party hosting. The SMTPs are provisioned on premium servers allowing scalability for businesses of all shapes and sizes except drugs, porn/adult, and illegal content. However, we support licensed cannabis and tobacco brands.
Q. Do I need a Separate Domain Name for Sending Bulk Emails?
A. You may provide us with a separate domain name if you wish to authorize sending on a different domain. However this is unnecessary. Please ensure that you have an active email address on that domain.
Q. How many SMTP credentials can I create?
A. You can generate unlimited SMTP credentials and these are compatible to use with external app (e.g. Mailwizz, atomic mailer, SendBlaster, WordPress, custom applications that require SMTP credentials, etc).
Q. Will My Emails Go to Spam Folder?
A. While we have had many clients with high inboxing rates, we do not guarantee 100% arrival in the inbox as this depends on the content sent your list quality. However, you’re sending from a reliable SMTP server pre-warmed for mass mailing.
Q. Are your SMTPs already warmed up?
A. Yes. The SMTPs are pre-warmed, using the best practice: transactional email traffic sending via the SMTP, out-of-office autoreply loop, further boosting the server IPs reputation. We also provide you with a web-based user dashboard.
Q. Can I track inbox rates, open rates, clicks rate, etc.?
A. Yes. The web app allows you to track inbox rates, open rates, click rates, etc. Useful for helping you focus on what delivers the best results.
Q. Which ports are enabled?
A. Port 25, 2525, 587 and 465 are all enabled. TLS and SSL connections are supported. Ensure your connection port is open on your app. or email client.
Q. Do you provide Email List cleaning service?
A. Yes. We do provide email list cleaning service at an affordable price without compromising quality. You can clean up to 2 million emails per order. The verification results (clean data and its details) will be delivered to the email address you’ve provided during order. Please see Email Verification.
Q. What are some examples of email domain I can use?
A. If your main domain is example.com, you may use example.net (recommended for cold email). However, you should use your main domain only if you are not sending cold emails. Before you send from any domain, Please first confirm with Blacklist Checker tool.
Q. Does this SMTP support marketing emails?
A. Yes, you can use the SMTP for sending marketing emails to your opt-in list. It also supports connection via API that allows you to integrate with your website or app for sending marketing emails.
Q. Does this SMTP support transactional emails?
A. Yes, you can use this SMTP for sending transactional emails. It also support connection via API that allows to integrate with your website or app for sending transactional emails.
Q. Can I use this SMTP for sending cold email?
A. Yes you can. While our users have been successful with cold email, please understand there is a possibility of bounces depending your list quality. Note: an abuse report above 1.9% may put your account at risk. Best practice is to send emails to high quality list.
Q. How can I upgrade my subscription to a bigger plan?
A. To upgrade your subscription to a bigger plan, please login to your billing dashboard-> click on Subscriptions-> you will see the available plans you can upgrade -> simply select the plan you want to upgrade ->click Upgrade Subscription.
Q. Can I send mails to any email address?
A. Yes, our users have successfully send out mails to email addresses hosted by virtually all standard Email Service Providers (ESPs) including Outlook, Yahoomail, Hotmail, AOL, Zohomail, Yandexmail, Mail.ru, Hubspot, iCloud, GMX, Protonmail, Comcast, Mail.com, Titan, GMX, Tutanota, Rediffmail, custom or business domain emails, etc. However, we do not recommend sending mails to disposable email addresses (i.e. the best practice is keeping your bounce rate low).

Q. Can I start sending emails in the first month?
A. YES. As soon as you have verified your sending domain(s) with our DNS records which are available in your sender dashboard settings, you can start sending out emails.
Q. Is there a User Manual to get me started?
A. Yes. We’ll provide you with a detailed User Manual that serves as a Starter Guide to get you started. It contains essential information to use API Exclusive and Email Magic.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. Refund will be granted only if the SMTP and API are not provided. If your emails go to spam folder or you abuse your SMTP usage and got banned from our system, we cannot offer a refund. Please do not send spam as we cannot be responsible for this.
Q. Do you provide an API documentation and webhook?
Yes. API documentation is available for both the API Exclusive and Email Magic products. Please understand that the API Exclusive is most recommended if you plan to send emails via API as you are only charged for the number of emails you send (no contact limit).
Q. What products are your affiliates allowed to resell?
A. Automatically, we have enabled the resale of Email Magic and API Exclusive products. Once you start promoting your affiliate link, sales made on such products will count as successful referral sales.
Q. Can I resell your products as an affiliate?
A. Yes! Only our paid users are allowed to resell our products as affiliates. Earn 15% commission on EACH referral sale. Please login to your dashboard-> Affiliate-> Start reselling. See See details.
Q. What is the difference between Email Magic and API Exclusive?
A. The dashboard of API Exclusive does not allow you to upload email list; the dashboard of Email Magic allows you to upload your email contacts or list. While both allows you to send emails via API and SMTP, the API Exclusive plan is specially designed for scalability through API integration with your external or custom app.
On Email Magic, you are charged based on the number of contacts in your list. API Exclusive charges you based on the number of emails sent.
Q. Important! What will happen if I exceed the sending limit on my subscription plan?
A. Sending of emails will be suspended until you upgrade to a higher plan . That is, if you exceeded your monthly sending limit you won’t be able to send any more emails in that month.
It is recommended to keep an eye on your monthly sending volume so that you will not exceed the allowed limit, and to upgrade if necessary. You can always refer to the User Guide provided to you or chat with our support.
